This is from the Agenda.<br /><br />"...how he was present the whole time I was away; how he guided my entire life in Japan; how.... Of course, it would be seen in the mirror of my own experience, but it would be Sri Aurobindo - not me, not my reactions: him; but through my experience because that's all I can speak of." She was thrown into the “sombre Night” by the Lord himself, and that cannot be without some content of his in it, without a purpose behind it. So there cannot be any question of she having any apprehension about the future. The solitude was harsh and intense, and not bitter as the losa mischievously puts it. This part of the prayer was translated from the Mother’s French into English by Sri Aurobindo himself, and he surely knew that the solitude was not bitter-biting-sour but was, in the pragmatics of things, ruthless, cruel, unsympathetic and powerful, concentrated. She was being prepared to get rid of all weakness, that she would become a supple instrument for the work that had got to be done through her. Lack of understanding of the deeper aspects of the work of the Mother and the Master makes losa a totally useless biography. It is therefore necessary to keep oneself away from such travesties when one is concerned with one's spiritual progress and growth.RYDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10619346864770502159noreply@blogger.com
